With video conferencing, you will schedule an appointment through your client portal. At the time of the appointment, we will both log in through iCouch for a HIPAA-compliant video session
Video sessions are offered in 50-minute increments. A full 50-minute session, usually on a weekly basis, is the choice that is best to effect positive change.
Some insurance panels allow billing for video conferencing. so insurance information will be required prior to session. If insurance does not cover this type of session, cash fees will be prorated to amount your insurance would have paid. We will discuss that fully before first session. An invoice for payment of any amount due will be sent prior to session. Once payment is received, session will begin.
As clients must reside in the same state as a therapist's licensure, I can only accept Florida residents at this time.
